So tonight I forced myself to make up a menu for the next week, and I thought I'd share it with you, in case anyone else out there is in a cooking funk...
Wednesday - Crunchy Asian salad
Thursday (walking w/Kate) - Crock pot stroganof, rice
Friday - Grilled cheese & tomato soup
Saturday - Greek salad with orzo, rice pudding
Sunday (Nic & crew over for dinner) - Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, green beans, watermelon lemonade, blueberry boy bait*
Monday - Thai Chicken-Coconut Soup
Tuesday (walking w/Kate) - Garlic lemon shrimp with pasta, salad
Wednesday - Mahimahi with Brown-Sugar Soy Glaze, rice, stir-fry sesame asparagus
*I love my husband's family, because I can make something like meatloaf and call it a company meal ha!

I TOTALLY know what you mean about the planning/grocery shopping funk! Thankfully it's gotten better for me as the weeks have gone by (I'm 22 weeks now). It was so bad though in the beginning, I spent so much money because I didn't feel like planning or couponing or anything (much less cooking!). I'm glad you're doing better and on the road to feeling "normal" again!
Praying for you and your little one regularly!
I am hopping for you as well, that you will start feeling a bit better. I hope your tiredness will be replaced with energy and little kicks...:)
I think you ought to post the Beef Stroganoff slow cooker recipe..
Glad you are feeling better!
Planning meals makes the week so much easier come dinner time. Congrats on moving into the second trimester, I can't wait to hear if this peanut is a girl or a boy!
